AI Follow Up System Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using AI Follow Up System (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

AI Follow Up System is an AI-powered follow-up and lead-nurturing service for network marketers and MLM salespeople. It sends automated follow-up messages to your leads by email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and current information, including a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is intended for a single user (one networker). You may not share or resell access to your account in violation of your subscription plan.

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription may begin with a free trial period; at the end of any trial (and on each renewal date), your payment method on file will be charged automatically.

You can cancel or update your subscription at any time through the billing portal available in your dashboard. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices by providing reasonable advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including in violation of applicable SMS, telephone, and marketing laws (such as registered A2P/10DLC requirements)
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users’ accounts
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

You are responsible for ensuring that the leads you add to the Service have consented to receive the follow-up messages you send through it, in accordance with applicable law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate and send follow-up messages, respond to common objections, and manage your leads through a conversion funnel. These messages are automated and based on the scripts and settings you, the user, provide and approve in your account.

AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the messages sent under your account and for ensuring they are accurate and compliant with applicable law. The Service is a tool that acts on your behalf according to your configuration; you remain responsible for your use of it.

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive automated text messages from AI Follow Up System. These messages may include automated follow-up messages as configured in your account, tips, information, and promotional offers about AI Follow Up System.

Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you will not receive further text messages from us, though you may still receive account-related emails.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that automated follow-up messages will achieve any particular business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Follow Up System and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
